You could use VLC.
it does mean all your listneres/viewers will need it too, but most folks i know have it mainly jsut cos its a great video player.
We used it once to have streaming music round the house for a party, though we decide it was easier to next ime get louder speakers.
just make sure hte music is copyright/royalty free etc, cos you cna get into a ton fo trouble these days for doing stuff like that with out hte proper liscences.
p.s im not actually sure if it will stream across the web, but you basically jsut point it to an IP ( which means youll need a static IP, and a good uplaod rate) and it pulls whatever stuff the VLC there is palying.
