Video won’t install on iPod because computer is not authorized to play it?
eeclarry asked:
I just got a new iPod nano 3rd generation. It is 8 gigs and I registered it and everything. So I downloaded a music video and when I went to sync my iPod it said ” “Online” (name of music video) was not copied to the iPod “Ellen’s iPod” because you are not authorized to play it on this computer. ”
So now what do I do? Please explain fully and simply, as I’m not very “techy”. Step by step directions (if applies) are preferred. Thanks in advance,
Ellen
