Extracting sound file from online videos?

Josh asked:

Is it possible to save a sound file from something like a youtube video to an iTunes playlist? So, if the movie was like a music video, could I take the sound file away from the video file and save it as a sound file under my playlist?

I use this program because its free and really easy to use.

NOTE! In order to convert it into a MP3 file you will have to choose from the devices menu to MP3 Only. Mind you that Youtube does have very poor sound quality (96 kbps or less) I wouldn’t expect much.
