When i play videos i see a strong redness tint, how do i make it go away?

I just building this computer, i’m getting this strong red tint when i watch online videos on windows media player, and i can’t watch dvds.
* I purchased Nvidia dvd decoder, and now i can watch dvds, but the redness is still strong in online videos, say like music videos etc *
Thanks for any help.
Here is my system specs, because of the first response, i wanted to see if anybody had the same video card as me

This is likely a hardware issue, caused by a phase error in the color subcarrier. On NTSC television sets, there is an adjustment (usually labeled something like Hue) which you can tweak to fix this. On your hardware, I have no idea what such an adjustment might be.
